Manage your subscription and payment methods.

View Current Plan

  1. Go to Settings > Billing

  2. See your current plan and usage

Update Payment Method

  1. Go to Settings > Billing > Payment Method

  2. Click Update

  3. Enter new card details

  4. Click Save

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

View Invoices

  1. Go to Settings > Billing > Invoices

  2. Click any invoice to download PDF

Upgrade Plan

  1. Go to Settings > Billing

  2. Click Upgrade Plan

  3. Select your new plan

  4. Confirm payment

Upgrades are prorated for the current billing period.

Downgrade Plan

  1. Go to Settings > Billing

  2. Click Change Plan

  3. Select a lower plan

  4. Confirm

Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Cancel Subscription

  1. Go to Settings > Billing

  2. Click Cancel Subscription

  3. Complete the cancellation survey

  4. Confirm

Your account remains active until the end of the billing period.

When am I charged?

Subscriptions are billed monthly on the same date you signed up.

Can I get a refund?

We offer refunds within 14 days of initial purchase. Contact support.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes, annual plans include a 20% discount. Contact sales to switch.
